Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head with 3+ years of hands-on experience
in leading marketing efforts across diverse markets, including Bangalore, the USA, and the
Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international marketing
strategies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive growth through innovative
campaigns. This role will be pivotal in shaping our brand presence globally and requires a
deep understanding of market nuances across different regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead
generation, and customer acquisition across Bangalore, Canada, and the Middle East.
- Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs of each
region.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and
threats in each region.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and business development teams to align marketing
strategies with business goals.
- Manage and optimise the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven
insights to continuously improve performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, media partners, and agencies
across the regions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies and implement them to
enhance brand visibility and growth.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of driving growth and
brand awareness in global markets, particularly in Bangalore, Canada, and the Middle
East.
- Bachelor ’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration,
or a related field (MBA
preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media,
content marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work across different time zones and manage teams remotely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive
decisions.
- Experience in managing budgets and working with external agencies and vendors.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing
automation tools.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with the tech, SaaS, or startup ecosystem.
- Multilingual skills (Arabic, Hindi, or any other regional language) would be a plus.
